Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How many chairs can I stack on top of each other?

    For safety reasons, we do not recommend stacking or moving more than 10 Flex Chairs at a time.

  2. Is the Flex Chair Dolly necessary?

    The Flex Chair Dolly is not required, but it makes movement and storage of Flex Chairs much easier. We recommend adding a dolly if you order eight or more chairs.

  3. What’s the weight limit of the chair?

    Each Flex Chair can support up to 300 lb.

  4. Can I use these chairs outside?

    Yes, the Flex Chairs can be used outdoors. However, we don't recommend using them exclusively as outdoor chairs. The polypropylene seat and back wipe down easily, and the seat has a built-in drainage hole at the base of the chair back in case the chairs get wet.

  5. Do I need brackets to connect the chairs together in a row?

    No, the chairs were designed with an integrated interlocking leg design and connect together side by side without the need for extra parts or tools.

OnePod Assembly Instructions

OnePod consists of six pre-assembled modules, plus the height adjustable work surface assembly, which can all be constructed without the need for carpenters, contractors, or electricians. Assembly requires two people and an area about 10' wide x 10' deep x 9" high.

If you opt for white glove delivery and assembly from one of our assembly partners, we will ship your order to the assembly partner, and once they've received and inspected it, they will schedule the installation at your location.

Extra fees may be charged for special circumstances like the use of stairs, COI requirements, delivery to union buildings, etc.
